By supporting infrastructure managers, we contribute, in our own way, to the performance, resilience and sustainability of infrastructure essential to the common good. This responsibility drives our approach.
While IMDM remains a small-scale player, its indirect impact in terms of social responsibility is of a completely different magnitude.
Mindful of this responsibility and convinced that every responsibility also represents an opportunity for progress, IMDM implements a CSR strategy structured around the three ESG pillars (environmental, social and governance) and organised across three levels of impact:
The company’s direct impact, as a corporate entity and a community of employees;
IMDM’s indirect impact as a stakeholder in the sustainable and responsible management of its clients’ infrastructure;
The indirect impact resulting from the choices of partners, suppliers and service providers engaged by IMDM.
Our CSR approach is based on shared responsibility: internal commitment, listening to stakeholders and cooperation with all parties contributing to sustainable value creation.
It is integrated into our management system, encompassing our corporate policy, CSR policy and continuous improvement processes.
We launched this initiative in 2025, with the aim of structuring it in 2026 and developing a roadmap for the end of 2026.
