Our multidisciplinary teams address three key drivers of network performance. Individually, each has its limits: digitalising an organisation without an asset strategy yields nothing but empty dashboards. It is the way they work together that enables the transition from diagnosis to decision-making and, ultimately, implementation.
This provides the raw data: the actual condition of assets, ageing and future costs.
Without it, strategy relies on unverifiable assumptions.
This transforms that data into decisions: who makes the trade-offs, based on what criteria and at what level.
Without it, the best analyses remain mere reports.
This makes the entire system repeatable: models are updated, and scenarios can be re-run.
Without it, every decision starts from scratch.
Our engineers come from renowned backgrounds focused on asset management and digitalisation: civil, electrical and mechanical engineering, transport engineering, physics and mathematics, and, of course, software engineering. Our teams possess industry expertise that is recognised throughout the world.
In addition to their core expertise, our teams have mastered modern information technologies, including artificial intelligence tools and methods, big data processing, advanced statistical analysis and optimisation techniques.
Our engineers are highly skilled in software prototyping – rapidly creating proof of concept that clients can actually use. This close link between usage and development enables the rapid delivery of tangible results and helps define the requirements for long-term IT solutions (mitigating the risks associated with overly complex specifications).
We deliver more than just a robust methodological framework; we provide the fruits of 15 years of experience. We have audited over 100,000 km of transport and energy networks and developed investment strategies for one million assets across the rail, road, energy and real estate sectors. We have contributed – directly or indirectly – to contract negotiations worth several billion euros between infrastructure managers and public authorities.
For 15 years, our strategic studies have been grounded in field realities, providing valuable insights for decision-makers. Our operational master plans are built upon network strategies.
We are fluent in the languages and cultures of both field operations and senior management and boards of directors. From overnight technical audits to executive committee meetings, we build visions shared by everyone.
Our work begins with an assessment: the condition and performance of your networks, the maturity of your asset management, the quality of your data and the suitability of your planning and decision-making tools. Based on this foundation, we develop roadmaps for infrastructure, asset management or digitalisation. This forms the basis for action.
Using these roadmaps, we work with you to develop your network and asset strategies, master plans and management documents.
We structure your asset management processes, train your specialists, and guide you through ISO 55001 certification.
We deploy and configure asset management tools (Eqylibr®, etc.), train your specialists, and – working alongside them – create the initial asset management deliverables (asset strategy simulations, energy network simulations, investment prioritisation).
Finally, we equip you with the necessary methods, tools and actionable insights, while remaining available to support you over the long term. We offer ad -hoc support, ongoing guidance or the integration of expert resources directly into your teams.

Developed by our teams over the past decade, Eqylibr® is our digital platform offering a suite of modules designed for asset management.
Going beyond traditional Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools, Eqylibr® modules offer genuine optimisation and decision-support capabilities for asset management.
Available via SaaS, the modules are fully interoperable and come pre-configured (including technical, environmental and financial models for common standard asset categories).
Eqylibr® is used by operators of rail, road, energy and fluid networks, as well as real estate infrastructure.
Available via annual subscription – either for independent use (e.g. RATP Infrastructures, Infrabel, Oc’Via, Services Industriels de Nyon) or in auditor mode (where our teams maintain the data and models and perform the calculations) – Eqylibr® is operational and pre-configured within a timeframe ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
Hosted by certified providers (ISO 27001 and 100% EnR) or by a provider of your choice. The solution’s overall architecture ensures the long-term durability of your data.
Designed, maintained and used daily by our own team of developers, the platform is fully managed in-house. This allows us to manage the obsolescence of underlying technologies without any surprises for our clients.
